Over the weekend I went to the Austin Museum of Art to see an exhibit about the company Herman Miller. It was called Good Design: Stories from Herman Miller.
It was amazing! It was so neat to see the actual iconic furniture pieces that we learned about in school and are so mesmerized by.
It was an inspiring experience for me. These people, Charles and Ray Eames, Eero Sarrinen, George Nelson, Alexander Girard and many others pioneered and paved the way for all of us.
I wanted to come right home and start designing something brilliant. These are the people I look up to.
