A Baby's Nursery

There is nothing more exciting than to plan your own child’s room.
As soon as we found out what we were having, I started thinking about how to decorate our son’s room.
My latest addiction is.. chevron-- well anything… So naturally I had to incorporate it somewhere in the room.
This fabric was my jumping off point.
You will soon find curtains made out of it.

A shaggy rug to ground the space and add color
We chose to go with white furniture and accents around the room.

And here is our wall color.

So our "theme" is white, Gray and Navy.
(I'm not one to use sports teams or animals in a space.)

You will also find some vintage accents, and an eclectic mix of frames for artwork and photos.

So here is just a peak into the plan for our son's room.
Of course once it is finished, I will post photos!

Before & After: Master Bathroom #2

Last month I completed another bathroom remodel.
We started with pretty good bones. But there was a defiant need of some updating.
Before

Drawings

I start each project out on the computer. This allows me to play with the space and gives a visual to the clients.

After

Adding a frameless glass enclosure really opens the bathroom up

We added two small soap niches and one larger niche for shampoos-
Niches are a great way to help get your things off the floor.

This angled bench allows for more space in the shower.

My client really wanted to keep her existing wallpaper- so it was my goal to figure out a way to make it work.
I found a glass accent that tied the new tile, granite countertops and wallpaper together to create a seamless new design.

(excuse the blurry photo)

The finished product & happy clients!

I love seeing a job come together.
