Home Offices & Studios

I’ve been thinking about the “Home Office” a lot lately. I think it’s because I secretly can’t wait to have a space of my own. And of course I have the whole design mapped out in my head.
I think next week sometime I will put the design together and show you what I’m thinking for me dream design studio (and maybe I’ll save a little spot for my husband to work too).
In the meantime I thought I would show you some well designed home offices.

 Small Spaces
Some people don’t have the space to delicate a whole room to an office. So what you can do is create a workspace in the corner of a room, or add it to another part of your home.

Giant pin board- is functional and creates visual interest

This looks like they changed their formal dining room into an office. –Great idea, if you have a room in your home that isn’t a functional space for you and your family, just change it!

Dual Purpose

The architectural details really make this room.

Space for Everyone & Everything
Every office needs storage. Using shelves, cabinets and wall space are great ways to keep everything tucked away.
Just for the Girls
I could be in this room all day!
Hopefully this has inspired you to create a lovely work space for yourself in your own home.
